A hit is a lead we return at least one phone number for. You pay per hit: $0.10 under 10,000 leads, $0.08 at 10,000 and up. Leads we can't match cost you nothing.

Some owners' phone numbers are attached to the property address rather than their mailing address. Searching both finds more numbers, raising typical hit rates by about 10-20 points. It can occasionally return a wrong number, but it also finds owners nobody else can.

After your file is processed you'll receive a detailed invoice for exactly the hits we found. We don't charge anything upfront. Once the invoice is paid, your finished file is delivered. Note: no refunds after payment is received and the completed list is sent.
