A hit is a lead we return at least one phone number for. You pay per hit — $0.10 under 10,000 leads, $0.08 at 10,000 and up. Leads we can't match cost you nothing.

Some owners' phone numbers are attached to the property address rather than their mailing address. Searching both finds more numbers — it raises typical hit rates by about 10–20 points. It can occasionally return a wrong number, but it also finds owners nobody else can.

After your file is processed you'll receive a detailed invoice for exactly the hits we found — we don't charge anything upfront. Once the invoice is paid, your finished file is delivered. Note: no refunds after payment is received and the completed list is sent.
